Why can I not play game x?
Each game must be authorized seperately. Please find the game at the bottom of the page you want authorized and click on it. Moola has asked all game developers to use seperate accounts for each game. See http://forum.moola.com/mooforum/posts/list/330/51769.page#17822994
Why can I not play level x?
To prevent abuse of the free penny and the play and win wheel, you are not allowed to risk your entire balance.
Why does the math on the site seem wrong? I do not double my money!
The site makes money by charging fees on higher level games. See the game fees page for more information.
What do I do if the game "stole" my money?
Use the contact us button on the left to send the transaction information and I will investigate and respond with either an explanation of what happened and/or a refund if it was an error on this end.
When will feature x be added?
When it is ready. This is a one person operation and it is in everyone's best interests that new features are added on my shedule and correctly than rushed out the door only to have it create tons of problems in the long run. Please be patient. Work on the site will resume January 1st 2009 when all my college applications are in and I have free time.
